Kids Reiki + Mindfulness

Service Description

My children's mindfulness and reiki sessions are tailored specifically to what the child's needs are. These sessions are filled with creativity, conversation, breath work, and mindfulness strategies. I help children understand anxiety, overwhelm, and difficult situations, and give them tools to practice managing their emotions. We end with a reiki session to bring the mind and body into a balanced and relaxed state.
